Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had both positives and drawbacks. While the room's location next to public toilets was noisy until late, the helpful staff made up for it by assisting with a favorite room feature. However, the room allocated lacked the promised balcony. The service, though provided by only one busy staff member, was brilliant with a lovely smile throughout, even offering a welcome drink. The location was excellent, close to the beach and town center, in a tranquil residential area. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with fresh and delicious food but long waits at times.
The hotel had very nice rooms that were large, clean, and well laid out. However, they backed onto public toilets, causing disturbance with late-night noise. A dusting could've helped. The service was friendly and hardworking, especially Zach, who showed great potential. The location was perfect for us with ample parking. The dining experience was very good, although the evening meal service seemed a bit late.
The hotel is located in the middle of a serene upmarket residential area, making it ideal for our visit to Nairn. The service was friendly but noticeably understaffed, while the dining experience offered good food choices but slight delays. The rooms, though freshly decorated, lacked bedside lighting and had a tired look overall. The front of the hotel wasn't inviting, and the presence of a noisy baby gull outside room 16 was a bit bothersome at times.
